Memory and Activism Reading Group with Jenny Wüstenberg and Yifat Gutman

In order to further facilitate debate among its members and other enthusiasts, MAWG has launched a series of reading groups. The idea is to have monthly online meetings in which we informally share our thoughts about a selected text.

During this meeting, we will discuss the introduction of the forthcoming Routledge Handbook of Memory Activism (2023, eds. Jenny Wüstenberg and Yifat Gutman).  Jenny Wüstenberg and Yifat Gutman will be joining the reading group, providing a short introduction on how they approached the creation of the volume. We will circulate the PDF in advance.

This reading group is open to all interested in memory and activism, irrespective of whether you came to the last meeting. If you have suggestions for future readings then please bring them along. We will discuss what to read next month at the end of the session.
